The aim of PHARMEMPLOY, as an online recruitment agency, is to provide a platform that enables companies and candidates from the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare sector to meet in an online environment.
PHARMEMPLOY provide services or tools for job search management through its website; this website aims to help companies find candidates that match their needs and boost the employability of jobseekers.
PHARMEMPLOY allows registered companies to access the CVs of the candidates registered in their offers and those candidates who have authorised free access to their CV in their user profile.
USE OF THE PORTAL
The use of the PHARMEMPLOY website attributes the condition of user (whether companies or candidates) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal; therefore, if the User does not agree with any of the conditions established, he/she should not register/use/access this website.
The interpretation of the terms of use is the sole responsibility of PHARMEMPLOY. These rules may be modified at any time without prior notice or notification.

Users accessing this portal accept the General Conditions of Use set out herein, which shall be applicable regardless of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are mandatory.

The jobs to be tendered must offer legally valid contracts; PHARMEMPLOY, if detected, will not accept bids that are not legally valid:
- Are discriminatory on grounds of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance.
- Require investment of money by the candidate.
- Not related to the pharmaceutical industry or the health sector.
- Registration of minors without the guardianship of their parents or guardian.
- Susceptible to deception or involving any illegality in accordance with the existing Community framework.
PHARMAEMPLOY does not allow the insertion of offers that deteriorate the quality of the service. Accordingly, the insertion of offers that do not comply with these aspects is prohibited:
- The offers must refer to vacancies available in the companies. It is not permitted to include URLs in the offers that redirect the user to the company's employment section.
- Each offer must relate to one post only. For different posts, different offers must be included.
Any company that inserts an offer that contravenes current legislation shall assume sole responsibility for the damages and consequences arising from the same, exempting the OWNER from any liability.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
